They are looking to film with four restaurants in total across a 16 x 60’ part series for a new culinary programme to be aired next year with the deadline for applications in January (although the first part of filming is to start in November). For restaurants If you are looking for your head chef then this could be great publicity for the restaurant as each restaurant will be featured across a week Monday – Thursday, prime-time early evening, on the BBC. It will give them the opportunity to test out the chefs culinary and business skills before they hire them!” They are also looking for Chefs themselves to compete for the said job of Head Chef, and are also casting for Chefs across the country to take part. So if you are looking to make the next step up the career ladder you can apply for the role here: https://www.shortaudition.com/For-Hire-Chefs for chefs
