The Staff Canteen Live 2019 at the Professional Kitchen Show and ScotHot, in association with Westlands, will showcase some of the UK’s top chefs including James Cochran, Ellis Barrie, Lorna McNee and Peter McKenna

Formally the Hospitality Show, the Professional Kitchen Show runs over two days and is followed by ScotHot which also runs for two days. Both events allow you to get up close and personal with your all time favourite chefs including  Scott Smith from Fhior,  Michael Wignall from the Angel Inn at Hetton and Rupert Rowley from Michelin-starred, Fischer's at Baslow Hall join Colin McGurran and closing the show at ScotHot is MasterChef: The Professionals finalist Dean Banks.

When is The Staff Canteen Live 2019?

The Staff Canteen Live 2019 at The Professional Kitchen Show will take place between January 22-23, 2019 and ScotHot runs between March 13-14, 2019. A total of 8 chefs at each show will recreate some of their top recipes in front of a live audience where they will also be sharing their extensive knowledge and culinary experience.

Held at Glasgow’s Scottish Event Campus (SEC) in collaboration with Scottish Tourism Month, ScotHot is the Scottish hospitality and catering sector’s largest and most comprehensive trade event. ScotHot 2019 features a packed programme of curated exhibitions from hospitality operators and suppliers, educational talks from key industry figures, and demonstrations from some of the country’s leading chefs, culminating in the hotly anticipated Scottish Culinary Championships.
