The Staff Canteen Live aims to bring the UK’s top chefs to a live stage to showcase their Michelin-starred dishes during interactive demonstrations; along with recipe guidance and cooking tips.

So far The Staff Canteen Live has featured at the Great Hospitality Show at the NEC Birmingham and Hotelympia in London.

With a daily changing line-up of chefs, you can get up close those who hold stars in the Michelin Guide UK, many of which have held them for a number of years. During the live demos the chefs regularly make their way into the audience, so not only can you see cooking at its finest, you can taste it too!

Chefs who have taken to the stage in the past include Tom Kerridge, Nathan Oulaw, Daniel Clifford, Tom Aikens and Claire Smyth.

Each session is streamed live on The Staff Canteen’s YouTube channel and/or Facebook page.

The Staff Canteen Live made its debut at the Great Hospitality Show in 2015 and Toby Wand, Managing Director at Fresh Montgomery said: “The Staff Canteen Live is an exciting new feature for The Hospitality Show and a real coup for next year’s event.
