The Staff Canteen Live 2024 will partner with UCFF [universal cookery & food festival] for the first time.

What is UCFF?

Dubbed the Glastonbury for chefs, ucff has moved around the country each year choosing quirky and foodcentric venues. This year the location will be Loddington Farm in Kent.  The Staff Canteen will bring 5 industry champions to the live stage at the farm for live cooking demos.

WHAT IS THE STAFF CANTEEN NETWORKING LUNCH? 

The Staff Canteen Live Networking Lunches continue throughout the year.  These monthly lunches bring together 15 specially selected chefs from across the industry to networking with 6 sponsors over amazing food and wine.

WHAT IS THE STAFF CANTEEN Front of House NETWORKING LUNCH? 

Due to the outstanding success of our monthly networking lunches for chefs, in 2024 we have decided to extend the invitation to Front of House professional and invite Restaurant Managers, General Managers and Sommeliers to a quarterly event hosted in some of the most oustanding restaurants across the UK.
