ORELLE LAUNCHES 'BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH IN THE SKY'

A new brunch menu will be available alongside bottomless bubbles, on Saturday afternoons from 1st March

After being named as Birmingham’s most-booked restaurant in 2024 by Open Table, Orelle has launched a new Bottomless Brunch menu and offer, giving guests the chance to indulge whilst enjoying views of the city from 103 Colmore Row’s 24th floor.

The new menu will feature a selection of classic brunch dishes, including a French Omelette made from 24 month-aged comte, French Toast with maple, pancetta, vanilla Chantilly and berries, or Crêpes with lemon curd, Nutella cremeux and macerated berries.

For those who would prefer to sample some of Orelle’s classic dishes, the menu includes starters such as French Onion Soup, Heritage beetroot tartare with smoked almonds and preserved lemon and Ham Hock Terrine served with piccalilli, pineapple, and sourdough.

Main courses include Ratatouille Niçoise with spiced tomato fondue, basil and sourdough, Pork Loin with sweetheart cabbage, braised fennel, mustard and sage crumb and toffee apple sauce and 36-day aged Sirloin Steak with watercress, French fries, and peppercorn sauce.

Dessert dishes include Crème Brulé with spiced orange, macerated berries and vanilla sable, and Chocolate Fondant with espresso ice cream.

Bottomless Brunch is available on Saturdays from 12:00 – 2:30pm, from 1 March. Guests can enjoy 2 courses for £33, or 3 courses for £39, with the option to add bottomless bubbles for an additional £35 per person. Free flow prosecco will begin from the moment guests order and last for 90 minutes.

Executive Chef, Kiran Suvarna, said: "We’re so excited to be launching our new Bottomless Brunch menu next month. We’ve introduced some delicious new brunch dishes to our menu and are giving guests the chance to add a touch of luxury to their visit with free-flowing bubbles, all set against the backdrop of the stunning views across the city from our restaurant. We can’t wait to share this new special experience with our guests."
