Burger lovers are in for some Irish luck as the ‘Patty O’Bun Burger’ is making a triumphant return to Patty&Bun’s menu this March to celebrate St Patrick’s Day.
Back by popular demand, this limited-edition burger isn’t just a festive treat - it’s a celebration of what makes Irish Beef exceptional. Sourced from cattle raised on lush green pastures, Irish beef is renowned for its rich flavour, exceptional tenderness, and world-class quality.
Now in its third year, this collaboration between Irish Beef and Patty&Bun is a tribute to top-quality ingredients and bold flavours - bringing a taste of Ireland to burger fans once again.
Featuring two juicy, Quality Assured Irish Beef patties grilled to perfection, the burger is layered with rich melted Cashel Blue Cheese, stout-infused onions, and Patty&Bun’s signature bacon mayo, all nestled in a soft, fluffy demi-brioche bun.
Sean Deane, Bord Bia’s UK Meat Specialist, proudly stated: "We’re thrilled to see the Patty O’Bun back once again to showcase Quality Assured Irish Beef, a true testament to Ireland’s finest produce! Our beef stands out for its exceptional quality, ensuring every bite is a celebration of flavour and heritage.”
Fred Trussell, from Patty&Bun, echoed Sean’s excitement: "Bringing back the Patty O’Bun is something we’ve been looking forward to. It’s a joy to work with such high-quality ingredients, and we’ve perfected the recipe to do them justice. We know our customers will love it just as much as we do!”
Don’t miss out, the mouthwatering special is available to order throughout March at all 10 Patty&Bun restaurant locations, the Patty&Bun website and via delivery services.
To celebrate, Irish Beef will be running an unmissable St. Patrick’s Day competition to coincide with the return of the Patty O’Bun! Lucky customers will have the chance to visit the home of Quality Assured Irish Beef and win a luxurious weekend break for two in Ireland.
