Biography

Chris’ culinary journey began with rigorous training and diverse experiences in some of the UK's top kitchens, including Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons and l’ortolan.

His profound respect for nature and ingredients was further shaped by his mentor, Raymond Blanc, under whom he refined his skills and developed his culinary philosophy. The Wye Valley’s landscape influences Chris' cooking approach, driving his commitment to foraging and using locally sourced ingredients.
