There were a number of establishments to have their stars deleted in this year’s guide. The Dining Room at Whatley Manor had their two stars deleted following the departure of executive chef Martin Burge at the end of last year, however the restaurant did gain one star under the guidance of new executive chef, Niall Keating.
Another noticeable restaurant to have its star deleted was Dabbous following its closure in the summer.
