Laurence Henry is the winner of MasterChef:The Professionals 2018.

MasterChef: The Professionals started on November 6 2018 on BBC2 at 8pm, and saw 48 chefs from across the UK heading into the MasterChef kitchen in a bid to become Professional MasterChef Champion 2018.

Although season 11 of MasterChef: The Professionals first aired on BBC Two, from 2020 onwards, MasterChef: The Professionals will air on BBC One, and will be available to watch on BBC iPlayer. Seasons 9 and 10 of MasterChef: The Professionals are available to watch on Netflix UK.

The final four chefs were Dean Banks, Matthew Ryle, Oli Martin and Laurence Henry. 

Chef Laurence Henry - formerly of Restaurant Sat Bains, who has since taken on his own restaurant venture in Nottingham - won the competition.
