Great British Menu 2018 returns to BBC2 this summer as the Great British Menu chefs battle to show off their culinary skills and recipes at a banquet celebrating 70 years of the NHS.

Keep your eyes on The Staff Canteen for the latest Great British Menu 2018 news, interviews with the competing chefs, recipes for their dishes and our blog.  

Once again chefs from regions across the UK will compete to make it to finals week and ultimately cook at this year's banquet - they will bring their best dishes to regionals and they will be judged by veteran chefs who have previously competed in the competition.
