Great British Menu 2015 returned to BBC2 as the Great British Menu chefs battle to show off their culinary skills and recipes at a banquet to celebrate 100 years of the Women's Institute.

The four chefs who made it to the Great British Menu 2015 banquet were: Richard Bainbridge, chef patron of Benedicts, who served both the starter, "We All Stand For Jerusa-lamb" and the dessert, "Inspiring Women". The fish course by Michael O'Hare, chef patron of Michelin-starred The Man Behind the Curtain, was "Emancipation". Matt Gillan from Brighton-based Pike and Pine serevd the main course, "Teaching And Preaching".
