Welbilt UK Appoints Senior Team To Build On Sales Success

Guildford, UK – Global catering equipment supplier, Welbilt, has announced several internal promotions within the sales team, effective immediately. Creating a senior management team, reporting into UK & Ireland Sales Director, Jonathan Butler, the new structure will focus the team on key business areas.
Bill Perry is promoted to Head of Regional Sales, James Benger assumes the lead culinary role as Head of Culinary UK & Ireland, and they join Alistair Farquhar in his new role as National Key Accounts Director.
Jonathan Butler, UK & Ireland Sales Director has been working on the changes to ensure the Welbilt team is structured for further success in the UK and Ireland,
“Since joining Welbilt last year, I’ve used my first 12 months to immerse myself in the business and get a thorough understanding of our brands and our sales network. We’ve just launched our FitKitchen concept which is going to be the unifying platform for our business, and this new sales structure sets clear goals for the heads of business units which will allow each of them and their teams to really focus on their area. We have teams of people reporting into Alistair, Bill and James, and they have very well defined plans of action to take their business units to the next level.”
The internal promotions have created several new openings within the Welbilt sales team and we are actively recruiting within the market to fill these and start 2025 with a full team.

As an award-winning, global leader in the manufacture and supply of professional catering equipment, Welbilt meets the needs and demands of even the busiest kitchen and front of house environments with a range of brands including Convotherm, Merrychef, Olis, Frymaster, Garland, Crystal Tips, WMaxx and Delfield.
