‘Tredwells will still continue but Covent Garden is a bit of a challenge at the moment’

Chantelle Nicholson, chef patron of Tredwells, has announced a winter pop up in Hackney, called 'All's Well'.

Tredwells will still continue but Chantelle explained, ‘Covent Garden is a bit of a challenge at the moment’.

She added: “In order to preserve jobs, morale and positivity, we have found a site (for a minimum of 3 months) to open towards the end of this month at 171 Mare Street.

“All's Well will be a casual, East London restaurant that holds my ethos for sustainable cooking & dining at its core. There will be a daily changing menu, organic wines and lovely people! I will be using small British producers who are doing great things with a menu that will be over 50% veg heavy too, given my love for veggies!

“Thank you to all of those who are a constant support to me, I hope I can see you at All's Well and that things will ring true of its namesake, for all.”

Originally from New Zealand, Chantelle trained as a lawyer, before discovering her passion for food. In 2014, Chantelle and Marcus Wareing opened Tredwells, under the Marcus Wareing Restaurants group. In late 2017, Chantelle took sole ownership.
