Cook's Certificate in Food and Wine Announce New Term Dates for 2021

This six-week long professional cooking course provides the fullest possible culinary training for knowledge that will last a lifetime. Participants leave with a Level 3 certification from OCN London, a Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 2 qualification in wine, Level 2 Sustainable Kitchen accreditation and the confidence to take steps towards a career in food, become a professional chef or simply a brilliant home cook. 


Students will spend six weeks blissing out on pasta, pancakes, poultry, puddings, puff pastry, pickles, preserves and more, graduating with both the confidence and competence to embrace the next step in their culinary journey.

This London-based cooking course is suitable for anyone with an interest in cooking who wants to develop their existing skills and repertoire or gain professional chef training. The intensive structure will equip students with the knowledge, skills, expertise and confidence to follow their food dreams, whether this be in catering, yacht or chalet cooking or in professional kitchens. 


The six week course takes place three times a year – the autumn term starts 6th September 2021, spring 7th March 2022, and summer 6th June 2022 . The course runs daily from 8.30am – 4pm with extended classes on certain days. Each day, students will take turns to make breakfast for the whole class.

During the final week, time will be dedicated for career advice. Cookery School are able to help place students in top London restaurants and caterers for work experience (some of which have resulted in offers of full time jobs!).
