Where are you from/where do you live?
Born in Ravenna, Italy, grew up in Luanda, Angola Lived and worked in Alkmaar, Netherland for three years, now lives in Ealing Broadway, London.

Do you have a favourite type of cuisine?
“My style is traditional European but with my own twist. I’m influenced by the food I ate growing up back in Italy and also the food I’ve tasted on my travels.”
How did you become a chef?
“Massimo Bottura was and still is a massive inspiration for me. His food inspired me from a young age and opened my eyes to what you can do with it - the magic you can create with flavours and taste.”
What is the highlight of your career?
“Getting to where I am today is my proudest achievement. Proving that without diplomas, or stages in high-end restaurants, but with determination and focus, you can be a great chef who makes great food.”

Why did you want to take part in MasterChef: The Professionals?
“I just wanted to see what I was worth and show what I've learnt and what I'm doing. I also wanted to challenge myself. I feel I have the right set of skills and can do whatever comes up in the challenge so why not give it a go.”
