Traditionally, the publishers reveal new Bib Gourmand recipients in the days leading up to the launch event.
The announcement follows news that Michelin will introduce a new Michelin Keys accolade, the hotel equivalent to a Michelin star for outstanding hotel experiences.
However, it remains unconfirmed whether the recipients of the new Michelin keys will be announced during the February ceremony.
