Fernando Corona Burch joins Rosewood London as executive chef

The Staff Canteen

Fernando Corona Burch has been appointed as executive chef of Rosewood London.

He will provide the strategic direction and oversee the property’s food and beverage outlets at Holborn Dining Room, Mirror Room and Scarfes Bar, as well as in-room dining and banqueting.

Fernando arrives with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry across Europe, Mexico, Asia and the UAE. That has included spells in Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels.

Most recently he worked as executive chef at the Park Hyatt Los Cabos in Baja California Sur, Mexico.

Fernando’s culinary journey began at three Michelin-starred restaurants El Celler de Can Roca in Girona and Restaurante Arzak in San Sebastian, Spain.

“Joining the esteemed culinary team at Rosewood London is a privilege and an honour,” said Fernando.

“I am deeply grateful for this opportunity to contribute to our shared passion for exceptional cuisine.”
