The full line-up for the Carousel, Marylebone’s summer guest chef series ‘Carousel Presents…”, has been announced. Happening between June and August, the 50-cover restaurant will play host to some of the most accomplished and exiting chefs from around the world who will work closely with the restaurant’s co-founder and resident head chef Ollie Templeton to create their own innovative menus, available for a limited time only. Ollie TempletonKicking things off this week is Leandro Carriera, whose creative, produce-led style is heavily influenced by his time in the Basque Country with the legendary Andoni Luis Aduriz at the two Michelin-starred Mugaritz in Spain. Diners can expect an adventurous menu from Leandro, featuring intriguing flavour combinations with dishes such as ‘fried cockle juices, lemon and honey emulsion’ and ‘sea trout, mushroom pistachio caramel and sweet chard’,  available for both lunch and dinner until 13th June. Following Leandro into the kitchen at Carousel will be Omar Romero, the first Mexican chef to ever hold a Michelin star in Europe. From 16th June Omar will introduce Londoners to the diverse flavours of his highly original ‘Niponexican’ menu From 30th June celebrated Mexican chef Oswaldo Oliva will take up residence ahead of the launch of his first solo restaurant ‘LOREA’ set to open later this year in Mexico City.
