Hobart Cooking Solutions is holding a series of free interactive sessions around the UK this summer, giving caterers and dealers the opportunity to experience the benefits and features of its Bonnet Combi and Bonnet High Speed Steamer for themselves.

‘CookSmart with Bonnet’ events will be taking place in Edinburgh, Peterborough, London and Taunton with more venues to be added. They will be led by Hobart Cooking Solutions’ newly appointed development chef, Greg Crump. As well as demonstrating how the Bonnet Combi and High Speed Steamer perform, Greg will also offer his expertise to assist with culinary support, aftersales training, menu development and recipe advice.

Whether caterers are looking to buy or have just bought, they’ll be something for everyone at this knowledge sharing hub. Attendees should expect to leave inspired, full of new ideas and with some bellwether advice to aid the smooth cooking in the kitchen.
All caterers who ‘CookSmart with Bonnet’ and purchase Bonnet equipment within six months of attending will receive a year’s free supply of chemicals, plus preferential rates on equipment.

Greg Crump, Development Chef at Hobart Cooking Solutions comments: “As Hobart’s first ever development chef I am extremely proud to have this opportunity to showcase two of our key pieces of innovative equipment. We want to show how the Bonnet Combi and High Speed Steamer can transform a kitchen with consistent quality results, increased flexibility, improved profitability, reduced costs and less wastage to name just a few of the advantages.”

Paul Godfrey, Product Manager at Hobart Cooking Solutions, adds: “As well as assisting the end user, we are also committed to offering the dealer network all the tools they need. These events are the ideal opportunity to find out exactly what the Bonnet Combi and High Speed Steamer are capable of so they, in turn, can help caterers make an informed decision when it comes to purchase. All that is required is that attendees spare a couple of hours from their busy days to attend.”
