Rational Partners with School Cook Holly Charnock.

Rational, a leading innovator in kitchen equipment solutions, is pleased to announce its partnership with Holly Charnock, an acclaimed school chef renowned for her commitment to providing healthy meals to pupils. Holly's commitment to improving meal preparation methods in the education sector has led her to becoming a Rational ambassador.

With a impressive track record, Holly Charnock has established herself as an enthusiastic professional dedicated to delivering high-quality, nutritious food to the students of Woodlands Primary School in Formby, where she holds the position of cook in charge. Charnock's accolades include being named the LACA School Chef of the Year 2020 and the recipient of the 2019 McDougall’s Young Baking Team of the Year award.

Traditional school cooklines often present challenges for chefs like Holly when preparing a diverse range of school meals. With a focus on innovation, Holly constantly seeks ways to streamline cooking processes, while upholding uncompromised quality results.

Adam Knights, Rational’s marketing director, comments, "Holly exemplifies the ideals of the education catering sector. Her passion for promoting balanced, nutritious meals for students, combined with her natural charisma, make her an outstanding brand representative."

Charnock on speaking about her new role, said, "Throughout my career I have used Rational, and am a big fan, the iCombi Pro and iVario Pro are ideal for producing a diverse range of healthy dishes for our pupils, whilst saving us time and cost, I wouldn’t use anything else, that’s what I’m very excited to be a Rational ambassador and to share my experience with others."

Holly joins other established Rational ambassadors, including; Simon Rogan, chef proprietor of the renowned restaurant L’Enclume, Santiago Lastra, Chef Patron at Kol, and Rehan Uddin, the founder the Asian Restaurant Owners Network (ARON).
