AA reveals highly anticipated shortlists for Hospitality Awards 2024

The AA has announced shortlists for seven of their most distinguished awards ahead of the grand ceremony on Monday 23 September, at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House, London.

Shortlists have been revealed for the AA Sustainable Award; AA Spa of the Year; AA Housekeeper of the Year and AA Food Service Award. All awards highlight the very best within UK hospitality, but who will be crowned the 2024 winners?

AA HOUSEKEEPER OF THE YEAR

Recognising exceptional dedication and performance, the AA Housekeeper of the Year Award celebrates individuals who consistently exceed expectations. Sponsored by Sealy Beds, the 2024 shortlist includes:

• Vennessa Bailey - Lucknam Park Hotel & Spa, Wiltshire

AA SUSTAINABLE AWARD

Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices, the shortlist for the AA Sustainable Award, sponsored by The Fine Bedding Company are:

• The Morley Hayes Hotel, Derbyshire

Also new for 2024 is the introduction of two new overall award categories for AA Inn of the Year, AA B&B of the Year and AA Restaurant with rooms of the Year, each sponsored by eviivo, where an ultimate winner in each category will be announced.

AA INN OF THE YEAR

This award recognises excellent levels of quality throughout, outstanding levels of hospitality and service, with a focus on local character and community. The 2024 finalists are:

• The Cartford Inn, Lancashire

AA B&B OF THE YEAR

The AA's ultimate accolade for being awarded overall B&B winner at the annual B&B Awards.

• Bryn Derwen, Conwy
• Mallard Grange, North Yorkshire

AA RESTAURANT WITH ROOMS OF THE YEAR

This award recognises an outstanding restaurant with rooms which offers an excellent restaurant experience, high standard of cooking and service combined with luxurious. The 2024 shortlist are:

• Mingary Castle, Highland
• The Checkers, Powys
• Boys Hall, Kent

AA SPA HOTEL OF THE YEAR AWARD

Sponsored by Clockwork Marketing, the AA Spa Hotel of the Year Award celebrates excellence in the sector. This year's impressive shortlist highlights spa hotels renowned for their dedication to delivering unparalleled relaxation experiences. The 2024 finalists for this award are:
