Highlight of your career so far?
In my current role, wining numerous awards with my amazing team over the past four years and we continue to push forward.

If you could choose three guests, dead or alive, to dinner, who would you choose?
Nelson Mandela, Mahatma, Gandhi & Alan Sugar

Last hotel you stayed at?
Metropark Kowloon – Hongkong for our Annual GM’s Conference

Best piece of advice you ever received?
Think positive - an opportunity comes when you least expect it! Keep persevering, if something you’ve tried hasn’t worked, another opportunity will soon come about.

Biggest service bugbear?
Staff not smiling, after all it is doesn’t cost us anything and we all have free access to it!

If you went on Stars in their Eyes, who would you portray?
Michael Jackson

Which other company (inside or outside the industry) do you most admire and why?
Virgin Group

What’s the first thing you do when you get to work in the morning?
Walk around the hotel and say good morning to every team member on duty

Your first job?
Working as a door to door marketing rep for Indian Market Research Bureau (IMRB) in Mumbai.

What has joining Kew Green meant for your career?

Working with Kew Green, the invaluable opportunities are endless. It also means opportunities to travel the world, over the past four years I have been lucky enough to visit Athens, Nice, Berlin & Hong Kong (obviously all funded by Kew Green!).

If you weren’t a hotelier what would you be doing?
Flying a Commercial Flight – a pilot!

Where do you see yourself in five years’ time?
Leading a cluster of successful hotels

Your dream job?
Leading a successful multi-million pound company and supporting individuals to achieve their potential.
