The Barrie Boys meet Shaun the Mussel man

This week the Barrie Boys went on a little adventure to the beach - there they met up with Shaun the ‘Mussel Man’, another one of The Marram Grass’ suppliers. Catch them chatting about oyster and mussel farming being ‘a way of life’!

And, keep an eye out for The Marram Grass’ cooking tutorial next week, where they’ll be cooking up some marvellous Menai Mussels right on the shores of the Menai Straights. Camping stove, bottle of wine, Snowdonia as the back-drop and the sun setting over Anglesey - how romantic, boys! Don’t miss it!
