FRENCH ROAST, A SUNDAY ROAST A LA FRANCAISE

L’Atelier De Joël Robuchon at Covent Garden launches the ‘‘FRENCH ROAST’’, a Special Sunday Roast Menu with French recipes.

L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon is launching the new ‘‘French Roast’’ menus, with comfort food cooked by experienced Michelin star Chefs. Every Sunday, La Cuisine de Joël Robuchon, on the first floor, is the place where you can feel at home enjoying our new brasserie-style menu and tasty wood-oven cooked food. The offer is designed for family and friends looking to have a relaxing brunch but who wish to delight their palate with exquisite and heart warming French recipes, using best local and seasonal produce.

Sunday French Roast Menu Options:

Option 1: Menu ‘‘A la Carte’’ is inspired by the Parisian bistrot, in that it offer classic starters such as: French Onion soup, Traditional paté, Garlic butter razor clams;
Main course: Dover sole, Ossobuco, Roasted lamb...; Garnishes are varied but you can count on the renowned Joël Robuchon purée;
Desserts you can pick classic French pastries: Paris Brest, Tarte Tatin or the famous Mille feuille by Joël
Robuchon.

Option 2: The second option is the ‘‘Menu to share’’ for minimum two people. It is all inclusive, from the Sunday’s cocktail and drinks to the Chef’s selection of 3 starters and 3 desserts. The only thing you will need to think about is choosing your main to share; just select between six dishes: Confit herb-stuffed Organic Pork Belly, Roast Organic Welsh Chicken, Roast leg of Welsh Organic Lamb. Royal Seabream, Rib of Beef, Native Lobster.

Following traditional French recipes, these main courses are marinated and slow cooked; for this reason, we advise customers to order in advance so as to ensure availability for all the guests at the table (up to 8 people).

The atmosphere at l’Atelier changes from the work week, as Sunday is dedicated to the family. When you book a Sunday French Roast menu, complimentary food and Nanny services for all children (up to 7 years old) are included in the price.

The service on the day is relaxed while maintaining the standards of Joël Robuchon’s celebrated reputation. Thanks to our knowned open kitchen, you can still live the immersive experience of dining in the Chef’s kitchen, since the culinary show can be viewed directly from the dining room. To make you feel at home, dishes are served in traditional cookware like the famous Staub cocottes or Mauviel copper pan.

Located in Seven Dials, L’Atelier offers a view of the heart of the restaurant, with an open-kitchen counter side experience. FRENCH ROAST is the West End’s answer to Brunch time or post and pretheatre on Sunday; the famed atmosphere, combination of conviviality and Michelin certified food is absolutely worth the hype. Awarded «Chef of the Century» by Gault Millau Guide, Joël Robuchon operates restaurants in cities such as Paris, New York, London and Asia. L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon opened in London’s Covent Garden in 2006, building on its reputation for exceptional menus built over the years, it has since grown to be one of London’s leading fine dining restaurants.
