Culinary Congress 2018 - Introducing Sabrina Ghayour, Guest Chef

Award winning Persian chef and food writer Sabrina Ghayour will bring the world of Persian cuisine to life at the Culinary Congress in London this June, exploring the ingredients and dishes of this up-coming gastronomic region.

Named as one of the 'Rising Stars of 2014' by The Observer newspaper, the British-Iranian chef hosts the hugely popular 'Sabrina's Kitchen' supper club in various venues across London, renowned for its Persian and Middle Eastern flavourful dishes. After her debut cook book 'Persiana – Recipes from the Middle East and beyond' became a bestseller, in the same year, she has become a figurehead leading the trend in Persian and Middle Eastern cuisine.

Making regular appearances doing cookery demonstrations at the BBC Good Food Show, Taste of London and Jamie Oliver's The Big Festival, Sabrina will bring her insight and knowledge, as well as flavours for all to try, to our Culinary Congress on 5th June 2018.

Sabrina will be speaking on the first day of the Congress where we will be exploring Modern British, Patisserie, Cakes & Desserts, American Korean, West African, Persian & Middle Eastern, American Barbecue & Fire Cooking, Modern French and Zero Waste / Pre Industrial Cuisine.

She's one of the many great speakers and names that will be running demonstrations at our Culinary Congress 2018, running over 5th and 6th June at Hawker House, Canada Street, London. The congress is a two-day exploration of trendsetting cuisines and culinary innovation, brought to life by the world's best chefs, mixologists and innovators with a trend narrative from thefoodpeople – a first for the UK. Find out more here, and get your tickets before they're gone.
