Roasted duck breast with buttered spinach, jackfruit seed puree and plum sauce
Duck is very versatile and is enjoyed for its rich, tender meat which is usually roasted or part roasted in the oven to help crisp up the skin. Why not give the following roasted duck breast recipe by Nitin Pawar a try?
Ingredients
Method
1. Roast the duck breast by slow cooking,
2. Saute spinach with butter, onion, garlic
3. Boil the jackfruit. de-skin it and make the puree
4. slice the duck breast , on the plate, place the buttered spinach, then put the sliced duck breast, pour the plum jus on top of the duck breast.
5. Pipe the jackfruit puree on the side of the plate garnished with parsley on top.
