- Ingredients:
- 10 x 12 inch Tortilla wraps
- 150ml MAGGI Barbecue Sauce
- 50ml Habanero Sauce (see recipe)
- 800g Spiced rice
- 200g Chilli beans
- 400g Pulled pork shoulder cooked and shredded
- 100ml Guacamole (see recipe)

Lay the tortilla wraps flat on the work surface.
Squirt a zig zag of barbecue sauce over the wrap.
Spoon habanero sauce down the centre of the wrap.
On top of the two sauces put a line of rice, beans, the pulled pork and
guacamole.
Fold over the ends of the wrap & then roll to fully enclose the filling.
Place on a lined baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 180⁰C, for approx 10mins. Until the filling is hot.
Remove from the oven & serve with a tossed salad.
