Derby University graduate Charlie D’Lima is a chef at Michelin-starred Paul Ainsworth at No. 6.

After obtaining his degree in culinary arts, the chef worked at Pétrus by Gordon Ramsay before taking on a chef de partie role at Paul Ainsworth’s flagship.

Charlie won The Staff Canteen's Community hero award for assisting the You Donate We Deliver charity in feeding NHS workers during the first lockdown in 2020.
