Michelin Guide UK 2023: Latest additions, December 2023
Eighteen new restaurants have been added to the Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland, including Falmouth's Harbour House and Dovetale in London.
These new additions are clearly marked with a 'New' symbol on the Michelin app and website, creating anticipation among food enthusiasts.
Specific Michelin accolades, such as Michelin stars, Bib Gourmand, Michelin Plate, or other awards, will only be revealed during the formal Michelin Guide ceremony.
Harbour House in Falmouth received praise for its "understated cooking," which is driven by the use of exceptional Cornish ingredients.
Inspectors also noted the restaurant's warm and inviting ambiance, making it a standout destination along the coast.
Another standout inclusion is Dovetale, located in 1 Hotel Mayfair and helmed by Tom Sellers.
This comes on the heels of the recent addition of Tom's rotisserie chicken restaurant, Story Cellar, in last month's Michelin update.
Hearth, situated in Kingston upon Hull, also made the list, with inspectors commending the restaurant's passionate and vibrant approach to its culinary offerings, providing guests with a relaxed atmosphere to savor seasonal dishes.
