Essential Cuisine to showcase new look at Hotel & Catering Show

The Stock People are ready to unveil a new look and new campaign when they travel down from the north west to Bournemouth for next year’s Hotel & Catering Show. Formerly known as The Stock Specialists, the dedicated, Cheshire-based producer of stocks, jus, gravy, glace and demi-glaces has become The Stock People and have updated their branding and website. Essential Cuisine Managing Director, Nigel Crane, said: “We’re tremendously excited to be returning to the show and to be amongst so many of our fellow chefs. The new branding has allowed us to play on this link even more and let the Essential Cuisine personality shine through and we can’t wait to show it off. “So many brands in foodservice are great at lauding individual chefs but fewer recognise the skill of a whole team. These family units are instrumental in the success or failure of a kitchen and chefs value these above anything else. “We’re incredibly proud to be a key part of so many thriving and exciting kitchens and will be looking to recruit yet more converts at the show.” Visitors to stall H30 at the Hotel & Catering Show at the BIC on 11-12 March next year will be able to experience the refresh for themselves, meet the Essential Cuisine team, and find out how the company’s convenient and highly versatile range can save chefs both time and money, enabling them to focus on the final dish. As well as a new look, a new campaign called ‘Proud to be one of the Team’ is launched which celebrates the unity of the modern brigade and the role of the Essential Cuisine stock pot has to play in busy kitchens.
