Michelin Star Chef Dominic Chapman to leave the Royal Oak, Paley Street

Speaking exclusively to The Staff Canteen Dominic Chapman revealed that he has handed in his notice at the Royal Oak and leaves his operation early May. Whilst unable to reveal where he was going, he will be starting his own venture. Dominic said “I’m 40-years old have a young family and the time is right for me to do something on my own.” Read more from The Staff Canteen  

D&D's Almeida names new head chef

D&D London’s Islington restaurant Almeida has named former Tom Aikens chef Tommy Boland as its head chef.  The announcement comes 12 months after Martin Nisbet was appointed to the role. He has since left the business and set up Martin’s Supper Club, which offers consultancy, private dinner party and supper club services in and around Hertfordshire. Michelin star celebrity chef prepares to open Pembrokeshire restaurant 

As well as holding a Michelin star, Will Holland is a regular on Saturday Kitchen and Great British Menu.  His gastronomic talent has won a Michelin star and he's a regular on TV shows like Saturday Kitchen and Great British Menu.  Now, renowned chef Will Holland is opening his new restaurant in Wales.  Finishing touches are currently being applied to the lavish Coast restaurant, set in a stunning beach-side location at Coppet Hall near Saundersfoot. Nigel Haworth to host fundraising dinner for Hospitality Action 

Acclaimed chef patron, Nigel Haworth, will host a truly unique fundraising dinner in support of industry charity Hospitality Action on Thursday, 12th June, at the Northcote, Lancashire.  Diners will enjoy a fabulous five-course menu with matched wines, sponsored by Boutinot, including coffee and petit fours.
