Worst cooking injury

Not sure why this is a question but, my worst cooking would be as a young chef in 1996 whilst working in a tiny bistro basically all by myself in Sydney, after about 26 hours straight in the kitchen I got distracted by a supplier and obviously pretty tired i put a boning knife up my left hand palm to my little finger effectively making a 'pocket'in chef speak!..
