- 340g Strong white flour
- 110g Strong Brown Flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tablesp.olive oil
- 25g frsh yeast
- 2 tsp cast sugar
- 200ml warm water
- 110g lightly chopped walnuts
- 25g Raisins
- 75g Dried figs

Walnut & Fig Bread
Try this tasty Walnut & Fig Bread recipe with raisins.

Method
Mix yeast & sugar with 150ml of the warm water. leave for 10mins until yeast starts to work.
Put flour salt & olive oil in mixing bowl.
Add yeast mix along with the rest of the water onto the flour & mix to a piable dough.
Knead for 10mins until smooth.
Knead in the nuts & dried fruit.
Place in an oiled bowl & prove ( @ 2hrs.)
Knock back & knead again for 3-4mins.
Put dough into buttered & floured loaf tins.
Cover & prove until doubled in size.
Bake @ 170oC FOR 30/35mins OR until cooked.
Cool on wire rack.
