Twist on traditional Beef Carpaccio with Truffle Oil

Ingredients

Waygu Beef

  • Wagyu Beef
  • Truffle Salt
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • Capers Washed and Drained
  • Shallots Chopped Finely
  • Truffle oil Good Quality
  • Lemon Fresh
  • Rocket Baby Lettuce
  • Cheese Grano Padano
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Method

Waygu Beef Tendeloin

Slice Thinly from perfectly clean Tenderloin
Brush Plate with Extra virgin olive oil. Place beef on top neatly.
For Finishing:
1. Season Well with truffle salt, freshly ground pepper.
2. Liberally sprinkle with Capers and Shallots.
3. Drizzle on Best Quality Truffle oil 1 part to 2 parts Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Squeeze 1/2 Lemon wrapped in muslin cloth.
Toss Baby Rocket in Extra Virgin Olive season lightly. Place neatly in Center of plate. Top with shaved or grated fresh parmesan. Serve right away
