- 1 kilo peeled whole almonds or 1 kilo flaked almonds
- 100g olive oil
- 20g fine salt
- 40g caster sugar

In a bowl, put the almonds (or if whole, pulse for 5 seconds in thermomixer until crumbs
Season with salt and sugar, mix well then add the oil and mix well
Spread flat on to 3 trays and bake @ 160c for 30 minutes, stirring the almonds every 10 minutes
Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month at room temperature
