Scotland’s showcase for food, drink, hospitality, retail and tourism set to bring the heat to Glasgow
Following a hugely successful show in 2023 which saw over 7,500 delegates descend on the SEC Glasgow, ScotHot is set to make a return from 26th – 27th February 2025.
The must-attend, biennial event for all professionals in the food, drink, hospitality, retail and tourism industries is officially open for registration (today, Tuesday 29th October).
Celebrating its 52nd year, ScotHot is Scotland’s only trade event that offers an unmissable opportunity for visitors to meet with suppliers, network with others to share ideas and inspiration, and learn about the latest trends from across the industry.
Once again, ScotHot25 is supported by major industry partners including Scotland Food & Drink, the Scottish Tourism Alliance (STA), Scottish Licensed Trade Association (SLTA), VisitScotland, Scottish Chefs, HIT Scotland, and The Guild of Fine Food.
With over 250 exhibitors from the food and drink, technology, catering equipment, tableware and design and many more industries to be showcased over the two days, ScotHot25 will fill the SEC with some of the biggest names in the industry already confirmed to attend, including Instock, Brakes Scotland, AG Barr, Panasonic, Smeg and Unox.
New for 2025, ScotHot25 will shine a light on the future of hospitality, with a focus on the technological advancements driving the industry. As Scotland’s leading hospitality trade event, the showcase will bring together leading tech exhibitors and industry experts for targeted panel discussions on the Spotlight Stage, run in partnership with the STA, highlighting the latest trends and innovations shaping the sector’s future.
For the first time this year, visitors will be able to head over to Buell Hospitality Advisory Hub, where they can take advantage of free expert advice from industry specialists on all areas of business, from architecture, to finance, to technology.
Other highlights at the show include the Scottish Culinary Championships incorporating the Scottish Chef of the Year competition, Culinary Arts, the Skills Arena and Live Theatre, as well as Liquid Academy Live, ScotHot’s Innovation Awards and the Great Taste Market.
Toby Wand, Managing Director of 365 Events, the team behind ScotHot25, said: “ScotHot is the most anticipated event on the hospitality calendar, and there’s no other industry gathering in Scotland that brings together such a diverse range of companies, products and buyers under one roof. We are back, bigger and better than ever, and we are lining up another excellent, jam-packed schedule for ScotHot25.
Marc Crothall MBE, Chief Executive of the Scottish Tourism Alliance, said: ‘’The Scottish Tourism Alliance have become a major supporter of the ScotHot event over the last decade and our members are very much looking forward to its return to Glasgow in February 2025. We will be hosting The Spotlight Stage once again on the show floor with some insightful speakers addressing the big issues within the hospitality and tourism industry.’’
