- 50g Standard Salad mix
- 1g Salt
- 2g Cracked pepper
- 1g Cafe crisp mix
- 10g Crispy shallots
- 20g Lime and chili dressing
- ¼pcs Naan crispy strip
- Lime and chilli dressing
- 10g Lime juice
- 1g Ginger paste
- 1g Green chili fine chopped
- 2g Salt
- 6g Sugar
- 5g Amoy vinegar
- 13g Olive oil
- 13g Veg oil
- 2g Fine chopped mint
Ingredients
Method
Marinate the paneer in salt, pepper and salad oil.
Put the leaves in a salad plate and arrange mango and cheese slices on top.
Drizzle the dressing on top and garnish with crispy shallots and crispy naan if desired.
Dressing:
Mix everything to make a homogenous mixture.
