Lockhart Catering Equipment launch new Lagoon Artisan Tableware Collection

Lockhart Catering Equipment has expanded their exclusive Artisan tableware portfolio to include a new collection named Lagoon.

Completing the trilogy of the latest designs to be added to Lockhart Catering Equipment’s exclusive Artisan brand – alongside Tempest and Heligan – Lagoon is perhaps the most visually striking tableware collection in Lockhart’s extensive portfolio.

Combining the look of handcrafted pottery with the durability and strength required for the fast-paced foodservice industry, the new pieces are made with genuine vitrified stoneware.

Lagoon features a semi-matte dusty lilac exterior, and a contrasting high-gloss interior surface showcasing hues of sandy ochre, deep indigo-purple, and shimmering blue ripples to emulate refreshing coastline.

Simon Britten, Head of Marketing at Lockhart Catering Equipment is excited about the new addition:
“When it comes to the art of plating, the importance of the tableware cannot be understated – it’s in the name! The Lagoon collection’s spectrum of colours offers maximum versatility for operators looking to build a cohesive aesthetic while remaining a statement piece in their own right. This latest addition, alongside Artisan’s Tempest blue and Heligan green, gives operators an even wider range of choice when it comes to colours, textures, and styles.”

Operators can mix and match various size plates and bowls – whether that’s a large 30cm diameter plate to create a broad canvas for the art of plating, or smaller 14cm stacking tapas bowls for many small plates to create the perfect spread. The range is completed by a series of side bowls, dipping pots, cups, and saucers.
