Lime Hospitality Refresh Recruitment with Rebrand

Lime Hospitality, formerly Lime Recruit established in 2011, is bringing a ‘refreshing approach to recruitment’ within the hospitality and catering sector. Launching a full rebrand that offers new specialised services available to candidates and employers, the rebrand marks an exciting chapter for Lime Hospitality as the company continues at the forefront of recruitment.

 
Driving industry standards utilising a team of specialists within the field, the expansion of its offering focuses on providing a brand new consultancy service. This will include customer experience evaluations, inspections, standards development, research, analytics and training. All in the aim to develop high standards for employers, whilst supporting brand protection, creating memorable and differentiated experiences, and driving profitability.
With a team of expert consultants, who have firsthand industry experience, many at Michelin level, and many of whom have been with Lime Hospitality for over a decade, the business has a deep understanding of both the sector and its clients' operations. This wealth of expertise enables Lime Hospitality to carefully match candidates with roles that align with their skills while meeting the unique needs of each business, fostering long-term, successful partnerships.
 
As Lime Hospitality expands its services, the rebrand reflects a modernised approach to recruitment and consultancy. The new visual identity, including a contemporary logo, will be introduced across all five company hubs from 15th November. Alongside this, the website has been fully redesigned to offer a user-friendly and modern digital experience for both businesses and candidates. This rebrand marks a moment of reflection and growth, celebrating Lime Hospitality’s achievements over the past thirteen years while looking ahead to ensure continued excellence for both clients and candidates. More than just a new name and logo, it demonstrates the company’s commitment to raising standards and staying ahead of the evolving needs of the industry.
