GUSTO ITALIAN DEVELOPS SPECIALS MENU USING GUEST INSIGHTS

The premium casual dining concept will be bringing back their guest’s top three favourite dishes, following a recent survey, with the most popular to return to their AW24 A La Carte menu

Gusto Italian, the home of special occasions, will be bringing back their guests’ favourite dishes of menus past, between 19th June to 28th July.

Following a recent survey, where guests were asked to nominate their favourite Gusto Italian dishes, 500+ responses confirmed three stand out meals. The most-ordered ‘comeback’ dish, between 19th June to 28th July, will be added to the AW24 A La Carte menu.

The winning starter, main and dessert were:

Creamy Garlic Mushrooms
Served in a white cream sauce, topped with crispy shallots and served with toasted Puglian bread

Flattened Rump Steak
Marinated in garlic & rosemary oil and chilli flakes, served with fresh rocket lettuce and parmesan

Nutella & Mascarpone Calzone
Served with vanilla gelato

Kat Schofield, Head of Marketing at Gusto Italian, said, “At Gusto Italian, our guest feedback is central to our marketing efforts. Following our recent survey, over 500 customers have told us they love these dishes and we’re pleased to bring them back for this specials menu. We’re also excited to see which dishes win a space on our autumn A La Carte menu.”

The Comeback Tour Menu will be available across all 14 venues including Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Nottingham, Oxford, Liverpool, Alderley Edge, Cheadle Hulme, Didsbury, Heswall, Knutsford, and Cookridge.
