- 1kg oats
- 250g raisins
- 250g dried apricots diced
- 2006g pecans crushed
- 180g sunflower seeds
- 150g sesame seeds
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 350g honey
- 250g light brown sugar
- 680 butter
- 2 lemons juiced and zested

these were served at brekfast for business men on the move and for mid morning snack with coffee
Ingredients
Method
place all dry ingredients in a bowl
melt the butter, honey, sugar and lemon juice and zest
Mix alltogether and place in a gastro tray lined with silicone paper.
aprinkle with a few more sesame seeds and make at 170oc for 10-15mins
remove and leave to cool place in fridge for 1 hour and cut into desired shape and size bars
