- 450ml cold water

Fast Prove White Bread
A perfect fast proving bread recipe that doesnt need a knock back or major kneeding.
Ingredients
Method
Mix flour, salt and sugar in mixer this dough hook attatchment, crumble in fresh yeast. Add liquid butter and stream in water until correct consistancy.
leave to mix for 3-5 mins until elesticy dough achieved.
mould and allow 5 mins to rest in warm kitchen before baking @210 for 10-15 min.
use water spray to moisten dough it you are not wanting a crisp crust.
