- 100ml espresso/strong coffee
- 120g NESTLÉ Docello Panna Cotta
- Dark chocolate shavings, to garnish (optional)

Combine the milk, cream and coffee in a pan and bring to the boil.
Whisk in the Panna Cotta powder whilst on the heat and continue to stir as the mix comes back to the boil. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool for 3-4 minutes.
Decant into the desired grab and go pots and place into the fridge to set.
