Craft Guild of Chefs partners with Association of Pastry Chefs for wellness event

The Craft Guild of Chefs will join forces with the Association of Pastry Chefs for their next wellness event on Tuesday 24th September 2024.

Pastry chef Franciane Tartari will be talking to attendees about her career journey. Franciane will be touching on the challenges that she recently faced and demonstrating a couple of dishes that she has been working on.

Franciane is a specialist in allergen-free desserts and she will prepare a few signature recipes on the night. This event is open to everyone and chefs can take this opportunity to network with new and old friends, share a bite to eat and enjoy thought-provoking and meaningful conversations.

The two hour wellness event will take place at Alliance Group (NZ) Limited 25a Underwood Street, Unit 6, London N1 7LG. The Alliance Group will have some of their ‘award-winning’ meat to try on the night.

The event will be hosted by chairman of The Association of Pastry Chefs Matt Owens and wellness ambassador the Craft Guild of Chefs Andy Aston. Andy recently took part in the third Chefs on the Pass podcast where he discussed the importance of creating a positive workplace culture.

Andy said: “Our Wellness experiences have been a regular feature in the Guild calendar for the last three years, with the purpose of creating a culture that is positive, energetic, mindful and inclusive for our members, business partners, supporters and friends.”
