Ingredients

  • Streusel:
  • 1 ½ cups cake flour or plain
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter,
  • ½ cup sugar

Method

Method
Heat the oven to 160 oc
Line baking sheet or tray with a Silpat
Whisk the flour, cocoa powder and salt together in the bowl of a standing mixer fitted with the paddle.
Add the butter and sugar and mix on medium speed until crumbly texture
Empty on tray in an even layer an bake until slightly crisp takes about 10 mins
Remove an place in container until need, also this can be blitzed and pass through seive for a fine crumb
