This brand-new offering lovingly blends Italian favourites like creamy carbonara and succulent lamb with seasonal flavours of fresh tomato, aromatic basil, and crisp fennel. The details of each dish have been masterfully designed to create a dining experience that combines everything the public love about Italian cuisine and takes diners on their own Mediterranean road trip, all in one charming sitting.

Founder Nico Simeone offers further insight into the menu concept: “This menu is absolutely a love letter to the place that originally inspired my passion for food. The journey we took across Italy brought on feelings of intense nostalgia and prompted fond memories of my Italian Nonna’s kitchen, where food was fuelled by love and family tradition.

This six-course tasting menu draws on wistful memories of the locations across Italy that underpinned my upbringing. Essentially, Six by Nico wouldn’t exist without the chaotic charm of Naples’ seafront, the vineyards of Picinisco, or the fresh, seasonal ingredients used in Rome. This rotation represents the values that our restaurants are built upon, making it a particularly special one for me.”

Six by Nico caters to all dietary requirements, offering a full vegetarian menu for each new menu concept. Customers can also swap courses from the meat menu for vegetarian alternatives, if they wish. Other dietary preferences and certain allergens can also be catered to upon request, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the best possible dining experience.

The Italian Roadtrip menu is available from £44 per person, along with a wine pairing for £30 or cocktail pairing priced at £40.
