- 1kg Braising steak diced
- 250g Onions sliced
- 2 Garlic cloves crushed
- 1ltr MAGGI Beef Bouillon prepared
- 800g MAGGI Rich & Rustic Tomato Sauce
- 225g Mushrooms sliced
- 65g MAGGI Original Gravy
- A few sprigs of Parsley chopped to garnish

Heat the oil in a heavy based pan and brown the beef
Add the onion and garlic.
Stir in the prepared bouillon and tomato sauce
Cover and simmer for 1 hour or until the meat is almost tender.
Pour into a large oven proof, flame proof dish along with the mushrooms.
Cover and braise in an oven preheated to 180⁰C for approx 1hr 15mins
Mix the gravy powder with 100ml cold water. Stir into the braising liquor to
thicken and cook out on a hob for one minute.
Garnish with chopped parsley & serve
