Raspberry & Rose Fizz Using Lecithin Powder & English Rose Flavour Drop
Special Ingredients Lecithin is premium quality de-oiled Soy Lecithin powder. Lecithin is an emulsifier (prevents oil and water from separating). Soy lecithin offers a multifunctional, flexible and versatile tool. Its emulsifying properties help promote solidity in margarine and give a consistent texture to dressings, sauces, cheeses and chocolate. Suitable for Vegan's and Vegetarian's, Non GMO, Halal friendly, Kosher friendly.
Flavour Drops are premium quality water soluble intense flavours which provide a exceptionally efficient method of adding flavour. They are a highly concentrated,versatile, multi-use product for both food and liquid flavourings. They should be used sparingly, 1-2 ml is ample to flavour approx 1 litre of base liquid. Each 30ml bottle contains approximately 800 drops.

1) Place all the ingredients together in a blender and blitz for a minute to combine
2) Angle the head of a stick blender so that it is partially submerged in the liquid and blend to produce a light airy foam. When ready to serve spoon this light foam off the top of the liquid.
