- For one loaf you will need
- - 125g Rye flour
- - 200 g White bread flour
- - 10g fresh yeast
- - 1 tea spoon salt
- - 200 ml water
- - pinch of sugar

Method
mix both flours togheter and salt. in cup of warm water mix yeast and sugar , pour in to the flour mix and leave for few minutes to activate yeast.
Stir togheter flour and yeast and start knead slowly adding water for approx. 10min. , leave in bowl for 90min. - mixture should double in size .
toast seeds and mix in to the dough, flour a bread tin, transfer dough in to baking tin and leave to proof for 2hours ,
Bake in oven on 220C for 30-35min
