“I would describe my cooking as kinaesthetic - learning from repeating how the other person does.”

How did you become a chef?

“I love cooking because the kitchen is a lab where you can develop your ideas and from there, create a new dish.”

Where have you worked?

What has been the highlight of your career to date?

“When I went to do my first competition, Young Chef of The Year in 2020, I was excited about meeting the great chefs and the other people around me.”

Why did you want to take part in MasterChef: The Professionals?

“I have watched it for the last four years and seen how much it can push you and help you improve. I want to test my skills but also gain experience. I’m a young chef ready to learn and that’s why I entered.”
